This year’s exercise will be run as an actual incident.  We’ll ask each Hill Captain to prepare their team.  Should management request that their crew conduct an evacuation, what team members would they assign to the various evacuation positions?  Once assigned, all team members will remain in those roles throughout the exercise.  All communications will go through the Incident Commander (Hill Captain) and all documentation will be completed as appropriate.

Each Evening’s Agenda

• 6:00 p – 6:30 p: Dinner, sign-in, confirm duty schedule, get passes
• 6:30 p – 6:35 p: Move to stations
• 6:35 p – 6:55 p: First rotation
• 6:55 p – 7:00 p: Move to stations
• 7:00 p – 7:20 p: Second rotation
• 7:20 p – 7:30 p: Organize lift teams, patrollers into rows and move to chair #6
• Debrief session upon the evacuation completion

**There will be no opening announcements.

**You should attend the night you would normally do duty.  Anyone who patrols on Saturday or Sunday, please attend Monday or Tuesday evening.
